These are all procedures performed to achieve rounder, more prominent buttocks, as well as tighter thighs (the area between the hips and knees), and fuller or slimmer calves (the area between the knees and ankles).

How is the Procedure Performed?
Buttock surgeries can achieve a more shapely and lifted buttocks using vacuum liposuction. Fat injections and buttock implants can be used to achieve the desired buttock shape.

In thigh lift surgeries, excess fat is removed with liposuction. However, in cases of significant weight loss or advanced age when the skin loses elasticity, fat removal alone is not sufficient. Excess skin is removed with a thigh lift.

A common problem in the calves is the bow-legged appearance due to weak calves. To address this, fat injections can be used to address the area, or calf implants can be inserted through an incision behind the knee. Thickness in the inner knees, calves, or ankles can be corrected by removing excess fat with liposuction.

What is the Treatment Duration?
Liposuction of the legs and buttocks is a scar-free procedure. Post-operative swelling typically dissipates within two weeks, but it may take 4-6 weeks for the body to fully settle and the results to be seen.

A thigh lift is a minimally invasive procedure performed horizontally and vertically, leaving minimal scarring.
